🧠 The Administrative Truth — “Provisional Joining” असल में क्या है?
बहुत से Candidates सोचते हैं कि Provisional Joining कोई “Special Favor” (अहसान) है जो ऑफिसर अपनी मर्ज़ी से करता है। ग्राउंड रियलिटी बिल्कुल अलग है।

जब कोई Candidate 'Missing Document' के साथ DV Table पर आता है, तो Officer एक ही चीज़ से डरता है:
“Audit & Vigilance Objection” (ऑडिट की आपत्ति)
अगर Officer बिना किसी लीगल प्रूफ के आपकी फाइल पास कर देता है, तो भविष्य में ऑडिट उससे पूछेगा: “Why was the candidate accepted without mandatory documents?”
लेकिन जब आप एक Written Undertaking देते हैं, जिसमें आप:

DV टेबल पर आपकी भाषा (Language) आपकी Maturity Signal बन जाती है। 'स्टूडेंट' से 'ब्यूरोक्रेट' में अपनी वोकैबुलरी बदलें:

🎒 Provisional Joining Emergency Kit (फाइल में क्या रखें?)

डॉक्यूमेंट कम होने के डर से Joining Date / DV Date पर रिपोर्ट ही न करना सबसे बड़ी बेवकूफी है। यह 'Unauthorized Absence' (अनाधिकृत अनुपस्थिति) माना जाता है और आपकी उम्मीदवारी सीधे कैंसिल हो जाती है। हर हाल में रिपोर्ट करें, सिचुएशन एक्सप्लेन करें और अंडरटेकिंग सबमिट करें।
